Armidale Uniting Church presents Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol.
This dramatic reading was originally performed 127 times by the author himself beginning in 1850s and ending in the year of his death in 1870. This performance also includes Christmas carols sung by the audience and led by the Armidale Choral Society and is conducted by Graham Maddox. Readers include well-known figures from the Armidale community.
This performance supports the work of Thread Shed Armidale, a volunteer led organisation promoting textile upcycling and skills sharing in our community.
We have listed three ticket prices and you can choose which one you purchase. There is no reserved seating, no concession price and no children's price. The differing prices simply reflect your level of support for Thread Shed and not where your seat will be or who will occupy that seat. If you choose the $15 and $20 options, we are especially thankful.
Please be seated before 2pm so that the production can begin promptly on time.
